The complainant didnt want to take part in the investigation
The province's Special Investigations Unit has ended its probe into an incident involving Windsor police and a man who suffered a broken leg.
On September 11, 2017, police were called for a fight at a home on Ottawa St. and Parent Ave.
When officers arrived, a 26-year-old man had jumped from the roof.
He landed on a cement driveway and fractured his lower left leg.
SIU Director Tony Loparco says the complainant didn't want to take part in the investigation and available evidence shows Windsor police did nothing wrong.
