Criminal charges will not be laid against any Windsor Police officers following an investigation by the Special Investigations Unit.
The SIU has concluded an investigation where a 45-year-old man sustained a dog bite injury.
The SIU was investigating an incident that took place in February 2017 involving Windsor Police officers.
Officers were called to a residence after a man was seen climbing through a window.
In a release, the SIU says when officers entered the residence and called the man, he did not respond.
A police service dog was deployed and the man was arrested.
The Director of the Special Investigations Unit Tony Loparco has determined there are no reasonable grounds to lay criminal charges.
