A 31-year-old Windsor man faces charges after a number of shots were fired toward a vehicle and in the air.
Windsor Police were called to Campbell Avenue and Grove Avenue early Sunday morning (3:45 AM) for a report of shots fired.
They found an argument had erupted in a vehicle and the passenger had pulled out a gun, firing several shots in the air out the window.
The driver stopped and the passenger got out and fired off several more shots into the road and the door frame of the vehicle.
The passenger then fled on foot along Grove Avenue.
The suspect was later arrested at his residence without incident and faces charges of reckless discharge of a firearm, careless use of a firearm and unlawful possession of a firearm.
Police say the handgun believed to have been involved has not been recovered.
