The Shores of Erie International Wine Festival has been fined more than $65,000 for two liquor licence offences following the death of 18-year-old Emily Bernauer.
Bernauer died in a crash after leaving the event in 2014.
She had been working in the Sobey's booth and consumed alcohol.
Festival Chairperson Karen Gyorgy says the event will no longer happen.
She says the board made the decision a few months ago.
"As a committee the Shore of Erie International Wine Festival is very proud of what we have accomplished for our community and the Lake Erie north shore winery region in the 10 years we've held our wine festival," says Gyorgy.

Her father Chris Bernauer spoke to reporters after the sentencing.
He says the Bernauer family is calling on the resignation of Amherstburg Police Chief Tim Berthiaume.
Bernauer says it's been a tough three years.
"This whole journey was all about finding the truth," says Bernauer. "It was along journey obviously and Chief Berthiaume from Amherstburg Police made it very difficult for us to be here. It was us that got AGCO involved. It was us that got the Ministry of Labour involved or else this investigation would never have got here."

The festival corporation has six months to pay the fine.
Bernauer says the family plans to meet with Amherstburg Mayor Aldo DiCarlo about the chief.
