The Windsor Spitfires snapped a three-game losing-streak with a 5-4 shootout win over the Kingston Frontenacs at the WFCU Centre Friday night.
Windsor took the lead just over the half-way through the first period on a goal from centre Aaron Luchuk. Kingston bounced back early in the second with two unanswered goals for a 2-1 lead.

The Spits would battle back again in the in second-frame, blue-liner Lev Starikov found the back of the net to tie it up, but Kingston stretched the lead to 4-2 late in the third.
It took two goals in the final minute of the third period by centre Logan Brown and winger Cole Purboo to send the Spits into Overtime in dramatic fashion.
Overtime didn't decide anything, Luchuk and Jake Smith potted shootout goals for Windsor in the win. Michael DiPietro stopped 23 of 27 shots for the Spits.
