The trial of a 42-year-old Windsor man charged with sexual assault is underway.
The accused pleaded not guilty to sexual assault and sexual interference against two girls back in 2015.
A publication ban prevents identifying the girls and therefore can not identify the offender who was arrested in January 2016.
The first complainant testified she was acting out against her parents and the accused, who was a family friend, would check to see if she was self-harming or cutting herself.
She testified he would take her pants and underwear off and the accused would spank her.
The alleged victims were between the age of 11 and 15.
The trial is scheduled for two days.
