70yearold man suffered nonlife threatening injuries
A senior citizen in Windsor is facing a charge after he was struck by a vehicle on the weekend.
Police were called just after 2pm Saturday to the 4200 block of Walker Rd, south of Division Rd.
The 70-year-old man was walking across the street when he was struck by a vehicle.
He suffered non-life threatening injuries.
He is facing a charge of pedestrian failing to use a crosswalk.
