Tim Beckham hit a grand slam as the Seattle Mariners thumped the Detroit Tigers 10-2 in MLB action on Thursday night.
Kyle Seager also homered and Daniel Vogelbach drove in three runs for the Mariner's. Wade LeBlanc got the win after giving up two runs over six innings.
Seattle has won three of its last four.
John Hicks homered and Jeimer Candelario also singled in a run for the Tigers.
Drew VerHagen, just called up from Toledo gave up seven runs over four innings to take the loss for Detroit.
The Tigers have lost three in-a-row, nine-of-10 and 29 of their last 34 games.
Toronto was off Thursday, but the Blue Jays will turn to rookie right-hander Jacob Waguespack as they begin a three-game home series Friday night against the Tampa Bay Rays at Rogers Centre.
