Wilson threw for 225 yards and two touchdowns while helping Seattle overcome a 14-3 deficit.
Aaron Rodgers was 21 of 30 passing for 332 yards and two scores, while Davante Adams had 166 yards on 10 receptions.
The Seahawks are 5-5 after ending a two-game skid while the Packers fall to 4-5-1.
