Seattle Seahawks defensive tackle Jarran Reed is being suspended six games by the NFL for violating the personal conduct policy.
The ban stems from a 2017 domestic violence case where he was accused of assault. Reed was never charged or arrested in the case.
The 26-year-old racked up a career-high 10-and-a-half sacks in 16 games last season, his third with Seattle.
The Seahawks drafted him in the second round in 2016 out of Alabama.
