School buses are cancelled this morning in Essex County due to heavy fog.
Windsor-Essex Student Transportation Services announced the cancellation around 5:40 Tuesday morning.
The buses will run this afternoon in the county.
In Windsor, school buses are not cancelled and are running as normal.
