A line-up change for Bluesfest Windsor.
Eric Gales will not be performing on Friday at the Riverfront Festival Plaza.
He was denied entry into Canada on Thursday by border officials.
In a Twitter post, Gales says "I got to Canada and was just denied entry. My wife started working on this over a year ago and I want to apologize to my fans here in Canada because I won’t be able to perform at the festivals. My hopes were up and I’m very disappointed."
He adds, "I finally got connected to a company that specialized in helping people with a criminal past get here. I spent $ and I did everything they told me to do but still was denied."
