AM800 has a new host taking to the airwaves.
Airing weeknights starting Monday Dec. 4 to 22 from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m., hear from the one and only Santa Claus as he takes your calls each night during Santa Talks.
Santa will be doing the show from a remote location in Santa's Village, and children across Windsor-Essex are encouraged to call in and talk to him live on air!
Just call 519-792-2559!
Santa says he had a magical time at the parade in downtown Windsor on Saturday night.
"Ho ho ho. I will tell you I had a fabulous time. It was amazing to see all the boys and girls and the smiles along the parade route. The bands were playing and the beautiful floats. And of course the characters. I had had so much fun. Ho ho ho."
He says the North Pole is buzzing as they gear up for delivery night.
"Just the other day we had another meeting, and it was an emergency meeting because we found out that this year we had more good girls and boys on the nice list than ever before. Ho ho ho. Which means I had to hire more elves to come in and make sure that all of the presents are delivered on time on Christmas Eve."
Santa says he can't wait to speak one-on-one with each and every boy and girl this holiday season.
"I'd love to talk to you but you make sure you stay on the nice list. You brush your teeth twice a day. You listen to your parents. If you go to school you make sure you play nice with your friends and be nice to your teacher as well. And of course don't forget the milk and cookies for Santa. Ho ho. And the carrots for the reindeer."
December 7 and 14 the Windsor Spitfires will be on the airwaves, so Santa will be on the Morning Drive with Mike and Lisa Facebook Page from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Santa Talks is sponsored by WFCU Credit Union.
