Santa has parades in Windsor, Amherstburg and Leamington Saturday

A packed Saturday for Santa Claus in Windsor-Essex.

He is first taking part in the Winterfest Parade in downtown Windsor which begins at 3pm at Giles Boulevard and Ouellette Ave, traveling up Ouellette to Pitt Street.

Toronto Blue Jays legend and current manager of the Canadian National Baseball team Ernie Whitt is the parade's Grand Marshal.

Santa then heads over to Amherstburg for its parade at 6pm.

Marching bands, floats and of course Santa will be in the parade on Sandwich Street starting at William Street making its way to Toddy Jones Park.

And thanks to some Christmas magic, Santa will be in Leamington as well for a 6pm parade.

That one goes down Erie Street ending at the fairgrounds.
