St. Clair College women's soccer team has signed top recruit Madison Kaldenbach to a letter of intent for next season.
Kaldenbach is a 5'8" keeper who played for the Milton rep program's elite team for 11 years.
She has spent the last two seasons playing with Oakville in the Ontario Youth South League (OYSL).
Saints head coach Kris Geier says he's excited to have Kaldenbach with the program next year.
"She brings a wealth of experience as a keeper and has played at a high level with Oakville in the OYSL," says Geier. "We had some injury problems in net last year and Madison gives us a proven keeper who should help solidify our defensive structure."
The Saints finished the regular season with a record of 7-2-1 in the OCAA West Division ending up in second place in women's outdoor soccer. The team competed at the provincial championship in Sudbury and finished the tournament with a 2-1 record as consolation champs and a fifth place ranking in Ontario.
