No injuries are reported following an early morning house fire in Leamington.
Crews were called to a home on MCR Dr. around 12:30am Friday.
Officials say working smoke alarms alerted the resident who got out safely.
Damage is estimated at $45,000.
The fire started in the basement, but the cause is being listed as undetermined.
