The Detroit Red Wings blew a 3-0 lead before beating the St. Louis Blues 4-3 at Little Caesars Arena in NHL action Wednesday night.
Thomas Vanek, Andreas Athanasiou and Tyler Bertuzzi scored in the second period to stake the Red Wings to a 3-0 lead before the Blues tied 3-3.
Bertuzzi's second goal of the game with under seven minutes to play in regulation was the game-winner.
Jimmy Howard made 33 saves for Detroit, which snapped a three-game losing skid.
St. Louis has lost five of its last six games.
The Red Wings are back in action in Boston on Saturday.
