Red Sox Rough Up Blue Jays

Sandy Leon went 3for4 with a home run in the Boston win

Sandy Leon went 3-for-4 with a home run and three RBI to help power the Red Sox to an 8-3 win over the Blue Jays at Fenway Park.

Xander Bogaerts also homered for Boston, which has won eight of its last 10 games.

Rick Porcello pitched six-and-two-thirds innings of three-run ball to run his record to 7-and-2.  Craig Kimbrel got two outs in the ninth for his 17th save.

Jays starter Marco Estrada gave up four runs in less than four innings to fall to 2-and-6 with the loss.

Justin Smoak homered for Toronto, which has lost 12 of its last 16 games.
