J.D. Martinez hit a solo homer in the third inning and Rafael Devers added a three-run shot in the sixth for Boston.
Jackie Bradley Junior homered twice and drove in nine runs to win A-L-C-S MVP.
David Price struck out nine over six innings of three-hit ball for the win. Justin Verlander took the loss for Houston.
Boston won the series 4-1 and will face either the Dodgers or Brewers in the Fall Classic.
The Dodgers have a 3-2 lead going into Game 6 Friday night at Miller Park.
