The weekly report from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers confirms that three of the Great Lakes and Lake St. Clair will set records for high water levels in June.
Lake levels were 33 inches higher on Lakes Erie, Huron and Michigan, but officials predict they'll decline between 4 to 7 inches on Lake Erie in the next month.
However, Lake St. Clair’s outflow through the Detroit River is forecasted to be above average.
Water levels are at their highest since record keeping began in 1918.
