Listings were up, and sales were down in Windsor-Essex in the final month of 2018.
That's according to the December report from the Windsor-Essex County Real Estate Association.
The report shows 305 new listings hit the market for a 9% increase and 709 total listings throughout the region.
Sales dipped by 8% with 287 properties sold compared to 312 in December of 2017.
Prices also saw a slight drop with the average home price shifting from around $303,000 to $298,000.
