The Ravens forced three turnovers and held off the Texans 23-16 on "Monday Night Football" at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore.
Javorius Allen and Alex Collins each had rushing touchdowns for Baltimore, which has won two straight and three of its last four games to improve to 6-and-5.
Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco finished 20-of-32 for 141 yards in the win.
Tom Savage threw for 252 yards for Houston, but was picked off twice and also lost a fumble.
Lamar Miller ran for the Texans' only touchdown in the first quarter.
Houston has lost four of its last five games to fall to 4-and-7.
Baltimore will host the Detroit Lions this coming Sunday.
