Terence Davis donated 19 points off the bench for the Raptors, who improved to 10-and-4 on the season, including 6-and-0 at home.
Pascal Siakam added 18 points and 11 rebounds in the victory.
Evan Fournier netted 21 points to pace Orlando, which remains winless on the road at 0-and-5.
In other NBA action on Wednesday night the Bulls held the Pistons to 34 second-half points in a 109-89 win in Chicago.
Derrick Rose scored 18 points off the bench to lead Detroit. Blake Griffin added 16 points and Andre Drummond pulled down 14 rebounds for the Pistons, who have lost five in a row to fall to 4-and-10.
