Raptors Advance to Conference Finals

Kawhi Leonard hits the winning shot at the buzzer sending Toronto past the 76ers in game seven of their playoff series

Kawhi Leonard nailed a buzzer-beating jumper as the Toronto Raptors dropped the Philadelphia 76ers 92-90 in Game Seven of their second-round series in Toronto.

Leonard piled up 41 points to lead the Raptors to the NBA Eastern Conference finals for the second time in franchise history.  

Serge Ibaka posted 17 points off the bench as Toronto moves on to face Milwaukee in the next round.  

Joel Embiid led Philadelphia with 21 points and 11 rebounds in defeat.  Jimmy Butler tied the game with four seconds left on a lay-up, but Leonard's shot ended Philly's season.  

In other NBA action on Sunday, C.J. McCollum scored 37 points to rally the Trail Blazers to a 100-96 win over the Nuggets in Game Seven in Denver.

Portland will face Golden State in the NBA Western Conference Finals starting on Tuesday night.
