Todd Gurley ran for 132 yards and a pair of touchdowns as the L.A. Rams knocked off the Lions 30-16 in Detroit.
Jared Goff threw for 207 yards, a TD and an interception for LA, which moved to 11-and-1 with its third straight win.
With Sunday's victory, the Rams won the NFL's NFC West Division and clinched a playoff spot.
Matthew Stafford finished 20-of-33 for 245 yards and a touchdown, but also had a pick and lost a fumble as the Lions dropped to 4-and-8.
LeGarrette Blount had just 61 rushing yards in the setback.
The Lions play the Cardinals Sunday in Arizona.
