Members of the local law enforcement community continue to raise awareness for Special Olympics.
On Tuesday, more than 90 officers took part in the annual Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics.
The 15 kilometre relay-style run made stops in every municipality in the region including Windsor.
"What we're here to do is raise money and awareness for Special Olympics," says Windsor Police Constable Adam Young. "So the more people we can partner with in the community the more exposure we can get, the more our message gets out there and the better it is for Special Olympics Ontario."
