A flood outlook has been issued for Windsor-Essex.
The Essex Region Conservation Authority says a significant weather system is forecast to cross the province over the weekend an into next week with up 40mm of rainfall.
The temperature is expected to be well above seasonal values, leading to more snow melt and runoff.
The authority says the ground is saturated with underlying frozen conditions, which could lead to flooding across the region.
The flood outlook is in effect until Wednesday at 9:00am.
