A Quebec-based company that distributes specialized industrial products has bought a Windsor firm.
Ficodis Group now owns Varco which makes AutoCrib vending machines and cutting tools. The Windsor branch of the company is the fourth Varco acquisition by Ficodis this year in the Windsor to Toronto corridor.
The purchase price has not been disclosed and no layoffs are planned.
