A preliminary hearing is underway to determine if there is enough evidence to proceed to trial in a Windsor murder.
59-year-old Michael Holmberg-Chaplin died in March 2017 after a shooting at a home on Elsemere Ave. near Erie St. East in March 2017.
53-year-old William Green is charged with first degree murder.
Police say the suspect and victim knew each other and the firearm was recovered.
The hearing is slated for five days.
