Power should be restored Friday afternoon
There may be a lot of cancelled medical appointments in Windsor due to a power outage.
Power is out at the South Windsor Medical Complex on Tecumseh Rd. East and Walker Road.
It is due to a defective power transformer and Enwin crews were working to fix the problem.
The power went out at 8:19am and it is anticipated to be restored by 5pm.
