A popular memorial golf tournament is returning for its 20th year.
The Joe Hogan Memorial Golf Tournament will tee off on September 14th.
Co-organizer Dan Hogan says the event is in memory of his father Joe, who lost his battle with cancer 20-years-ago.
Hogan says "we have three golf courses, Ambassador, Sutton Creek and Point West and we have 432 golfers and almost 600 people that come for dinner at the Caboto Club so it's a pretty exciting time and it gives us a chance to remember dad."
Hogan says the event is a chance to remember his father.
The event has raised more than $700,000 in 19 years.
Proceeds from the event support the local cancer centre foundation, the Windsor Spitfire Foundation and a scholarship for a student entering post-secondary education.
