A popular East Windsor restaurant is shutting down.
Smoke & Spice Southern Barbeque on Tecumseh Road East near Lauzon Parkway announced on Facebook it is closing August 30.
The post says, “This was not a quick or easy decision, but it was made clear at the end of July that negotiations would not be continued on our lease.”
The restaurant is located outside of Tecumseh Mall.
Smoke & Spice is urging customers with gift cards to use them before the restaurant shuts its doors.
The restaurant was previously located on Ottawa Street near Gladstone Avenue.
