A car struck a building early Thursday morning.
Windsor police are asking for witnesses and surveillance video after a car struck a building.
It happened around 1:00am yesterday (Thursday) near the intersection of Ottawa St and Kildare Rd.
Officers spoke to both occupants on scene and arrested a 24-year-old male for a breach of recognizance.
Witnesses or business owners who may have video surveillance are asked to contact investigators.
