The Windsor Police Service Amherstburg Detachment is turning to the public for help in identifying a suspect in an ongoing shooting investigation.
Just after 12 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to a call involving shots fired in the 200 block of Hawthorne Cresent.
Police determined that a number of shots were fired at a home and members of the Amherstburg Criminal Investigations Division (CID) believe it to be a targeted incident.
Police say no one was injured in the incident but are looking for any surveillance or dashcam footage.
Residents, particularly those who live in the 200 or 300 block of Hawthorne Cresent, and the surrounding residential area, are asked to check for video evidence between 10 p.m. and 11:59 p.m. on October 11.
