Windsor police no longer need surveillance footage or help from the public following an incident at Garry Dugal Park on Drouillard Road.
According to police, investigators determined the man’s injuries were not caused by a criminal act, and no foul play is suspected.
Police were called to the park for a report of an injured person around 10:30 Monday night.
When officers arrived, they located an unconscious man with visible injuries.
The man was receiving medical treatment from Essex-Windsor EMS and was taken to hospital, where he remains in critical condition.
