It happened on Peter St. near South St.
Windsor police detectives and the K9 unit have been called in after a break and enter/home invasion.
Police were called to a home on Peter St. near South St. in west Windsor around 11:30 this morning.
A male and a female were both assaulted with the male being taken to hospital with unknown injuries.
Police say at least two suspects left on foot and police are searching for them.
