Windsor police and the fire department's hazardous materials team are at a house in the 1600 block of Prince Road near Hotel-Dieu Grace Healthcare.
Police say items found in the house must be removed.
Police say the condition of the residence and the items inside do not pose a threat to the public and there is no risk to neighbours.
The items will be removed Thursday morning.
