Last week, two of the three suspects wanted for a murder on Mill St were arrested in London. The pair were wanted following the death of a 26-year-old Windsor man last month. The victim was found tied up, beaten and stabbed multiple times.

"Our major crimes branch is still looking into incident at Tim Horton's, the confrontation in the parking lot and the abduction.
Police are asking people if they spot Daniel Shaw not to approach him.
