Windsor police have arrested a man with a crossbow.
Police say just after 11pm on Wednesday, officers responded to a weapons call at a restaurant in the 1500-block of Lauzon Rd.
According to police, a man threw an axe and fired an arrow from a crossbow at a male victim as he was driving away.
The victim told police, he was in his vehicle with a group of friends and flashed his lights into the restaurant to get someone's attention. Police say that's when the suspect left the store while holding the crossbow, an argument ensued between the parties and the suspect threatened the victim.
Police say while the victim and his friends were driving away, the suspect threw an axe at one of the vehicles.
The victim returned to the area to check on a friend who pulled over.
Police say the victim saw the suspect pointing the crossbow at them and heard the sound of an arrow whistling as he drove by.
Officers searched the area and found the suspect in a nearby business. He was arrested without incident.
Police also located the crossbow and arrows.
Marko Boskovic, 29, of Windsor, is charged with uttering threats, possession of a weapon dangerous to public peace, assault with a weapon and fail to comply with undertaking.
