Tobias Harris led Detroit from the bench once again with 25 points, Reggie Jackson added 22 points and had 11 assists, Marcus Morris had 20 points and Boban Marjanovic scored 15 points and grabbed a career-high 19 rebounds.
Kemba Walker poured in a game-high 32 points for Charlotte, which has lost three-of-four to fall to 20-and-17.
The Pistons open a five-game western road trip against the Trail Blazers in Portland tomorrow night.
