In NBA action, Andre Drummond dominated with 27 points and 12 rebounds as the Pistons punished the Denver Nuggets 129-103 in Detroit.
Stanley Johnson added 21 points for the Pistons, including 4-of-5 from three. Langston Galloway had 18 points and Blake Griffin 17 as Detroit improved to 23-and-29.
The entire starting five scored in double-figures for Denver, but Trey Lyles led the way with 20 points off the bench.
Monte Morris added 18 points for the Nuggets, who fell a half-game behind idle Golden State in the West.
The Pistons play the first of a home-and-home series with the New York Knicks Tuesday night at Madison Square Garden.
