Blake Griffin scores 50 points to power the Pistons past Philly in overtime

Blake Griffin converted an and-one layup with just under two seconds remaining in overtime to lift the Pistons past the Philadellphia 76ers 133-132 in Detroit.

Griffin finished with a career-high 50 points and pulled down 14 rebounds in Tuesday's win.

Reggie Jackson scored 23 as the Pistons won their third straight to start the NBA season.

Joel Embiid paced Philly with 33 points, 11 boards and seven assists, but missed the potential game-winning three at the OT buzzer.

Detroit continues a three-game homestand against Cleveland Wednesday night.
