Andre Drummond tallied 23 points and 16 rebounds to lead the Pistons to a 113-102 win over the Cavaliers in NBA action in Detroit.
Blake Griffin added 21 points, 12 boards and five assists for the Pistons, who led by 20 at halftime and cruised from there.
Detroit has won four of its last five games to improve to 8-and-6. Collin Sexton led the Cleveland attack with 18 points.
Jordan Clarkson added 16 for the Cavs, who have lost seven of their last eight games.
Cleveland is last in the East at 2-and-13, including 0-and-8 on the road.
The Pistons are on the road Wednesday night in the first of a home-and-home series with the Houston Rockets.
