An arrest has been made after an incident involving pepper spray in Windsor.
Police were called to a convenience store on Chippawa Street on Tuesday night and learned a suspect threatened to kill a woman.
A 16-year-old then entered the store, and after being refused service, three employees were sprayed with a noxious substance.
The teen is charged with several offences including assault with a weapon and uttering threats to cause death.
