Windsor Police are investigating after a bag of crystal meth was found lying on the street.
It happened on Howard Avenue near Edinborough on Friday afternoon.
A resident was walking in the area at about 2 PM and spotted what looked like a pencil case bag lying on the roadway.
The person picked up the bag and opened it to identify the owner to return it.
What was inside was not ID, but a clear plastic bag containing about 5 oz of crystal methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
The person turned the bag over the Windsor Police.
