Hilary Payne is seeking a third-term as councillor for Ward 9 in the 2018 Municipal Election.
Payne, also an engineer, has sat on council for eight years now.
Alex Aggarwal, Kieran McKenzie, and Xavier Gonzalez are also running in Ward 9.
The 2018 Municipal Election will be held on Monday, Oct. 22.
