Matt Patricia will not face any disciplinary action from the NFL.
The Detroit Lions Head Coach recently spoke allegations from 1996 that he and a college teammate sexually assaulted a woman on spring break in Texas.
The league also says the Lions won't face any penalties for hiring Patricia.
He was indicted by a grand jury in 1996, but the case was dismissed in 1997 when the woman making the accusations declined to move forward with the trial.
The Lions maintain that the indictment did not show up in the background check they ran on the coach prior to his hire.
