Windsor police have arrested two people after a daytime break and enter.
Officers responded to a home on Azalia Cres. just before noon on Friday May 24th after a number of credit cards were reported stolen from a home.
A witness was able to give police a description of the pair and a few hours later, police say the stolen cards were being used at Devonshire Mall and two people who were seen walking in the area of Howard and EC Row fled when officers arrived — but were quickly arrested on North Service Road.
Police say a male suspect was in possession of property stolen from the home, suspected cocaine, oxycodone and break and enter tools.
Through further investigation, police were able to link him to several other break and enters.
A 29-year old man, of no fixed address, and a 28-year old Windsor woman face a number of charges including fraud, unauthorized use of credit card data and possession of stolen property.
