The cause of a fire at a multi-use building in Windsor is suspicious, according to fire investigators.
It broke out on the ground floor of the retail space at 1344 Wyandotte St. E. just before midnight on Sunday.
The flames were controlled to one unit while smoke damage is reported in the rest of the building.

Tenants living upstairs were forced to leave.
Damage is pegged at $120,000.
Windsor police arson investigators are looking into the cause.
