Outside workers have ratified a new agreement with the city of Windsor.
The members of CUPE Local 82 voted 92-percent in favour of the four year agreement.
President Rob Kolody says the members will receive job security, modest pay increases and a modest increase to benefits.
"Job security was the top priority for the union," says Kolody. "One of the things that was identified for our bargaining team was job security. We got four years of job security, modest increases to benefits, modest increases to wages and we were very happy with the agreement."
The union represents 280 outside city workers.
